Public Notices

Act 13 Marcellus Shale Impace Fee
In accordance with Act 13 of 2012 Oil & Gas Act, notice is hereby given that the Borough of Clark received $871.83 on July 8, 2015 from Marcallus Shale Impact Fee.

These funds have been deposited in the Capital Reserve Fund for the Borough of Clark. These funds will be held in Capital Reserve pending further determination to disburse the funds in accordance with Act 13.

CFC’s (Freon)
Due to Federal regulations Tri-County Industries cannot haul any appliances containing chloroflurocarbons or CFC's (Brand name example:Freon) until the appliance has been certified by a licensed tech and properly tagged a such.

PA Dog Law

Pennsylvania dog laws require that all dogs three months of age or older must be licensed. All dogs must be under control and may not be allowed to run at large. You are responsible for damages caused by your dogs. Please clean up after your dog when walking in the community. Please be considerate of your neighbors when your dog is barking.
 

Driveway Improvements
If you are planning to pave or concrete your driveway, please contact the Zoning Officer for information regarding culverts and any other information and/or restrictions that may apply.

Ordinance 95, Section 7
Please be advised that according to Ordinance 95, Section 7, all houses must have a number of at least three (3) inches high of such color and material as to be visible from the street and constantly maintained, affixed to, painted upon or carved upon such building or upon a permanent standard, base or support between such building or street. This is to provide a public service as well as for your safety.

The Borough Park Closes at Dusk.

Unlicensed and uninspected motor vehicles
It is illegal for unlicensed and uninspected motor vehicles to operate on public roads in the State of Pennsylvania. This includes automobiles, truck, snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles, golf carts, motorcycles and motorized scooters.
